Cancellation Policies:
Individual Cancellation, No-Show, and Amendment Policy:
Cancellation 6 days prior to arrival incurs no charges.
Beyond that, 1-night retention charges apply.
Group Cancellation (5 rooms and above):
Cancellation made 25 days prior incurs charges; beyond that, 100% is charged for the length of stay.
Payment Terms Policy:
Pre-authorization on credit card for total stay.
Valid photo ID required at check-in (Indian Aadhaar Card, Driver’s License, Voter ID, or Passport).
Payment via credit card, payment gateway link, or bank deposit before the due date.
Applicable taxes as per reservation time.
Extension of Stay:
Rates offered at the time of extension apply.
Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
Refund initiated upon cancellation.
Refund process may take 10-15 business days.
Refund on credit card if used for payment.
Children Policy:
Children up to 5 years stay free (cribs not available).
Charges apply for children aged 5-12; 13 years charged as an extra adult.
Identification at Check-in:
Guests must provide valid photo identification.
Indian Nationals: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, Pan Card.
Foreign Nationals: Passport and valid visa.

No gatherings or parties in the room; Homestay may evict additional occupants.
Reservation not transferable.
No-show incurs a one-night room charge.
Homestay may eject guests for conduct, safety, or security reasons.
Guests must not compromise health, safety, or security.
Original proof of identity required at arrival.
Special terms of offer prevail in case of conflict.
Outside food and beverage not allowed; room description conditions apply.
Guest Responsibilities:
Maintain neatness and hygiene.
Adhere to safety and security advice.
Avoid damage to Homestay assets.
Notify of allergies or sensitivities.
Valuables and Lost Property:
Store valuables in the room’s safety deposit box.
Lost property held for three months; unclaimed items disposed or donated.
The Homestay not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Parking:
The Homestay not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles.
Valet parking at guest’s risk; follow security team advice.
The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice.
Homestay not liable for events beyond control; no responsibility for personal possessions.
Transport to the airport is ancillary; the Homestay is not accountable for incidents during transit.
Noise restrictions after 9:00 pm in consideration of the village surroundings.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Reservation acceptance subject to Homestay’s Standard Terms and Conditions.
General Terms and Conditions on www.varenyahs.com constitute the binding agreement.
Homestay may cancel reservation if information is falsified or incomplete.
Guest permits profiling from the public domain for adequate hospitality services.
Homestay may vary, amend, and change terms without notice.
Guest indemnifies Homestay against liability arising from reservation and stay.
Homestay not liable for losses due to reservation cancellation.
Homestay not liable for failure to comply with conditions due to circumstances beyond control.
Waiver of rights on one occasion does not automatically waive on other occasions.
